Meet Derek Santiago, a pinup artist & self proclaimed cultural remixer from New York who describes himself as "...a nerdy kid too shy, socially awkward, and pathetically nervous to talk to pretty girls. So instead, I painted them." And boy can he paint them! Mixing a variety of styles and techniques his art is reminiscent of old propaganda posters and oozes Latin American sexiness, but always manages to retain a uniqueness that is startling.
